All prices are listed at retail with a pop-up discount window showing you the discount that will be taken at the end of the invoice after your order is sub-totaled.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
We are a design and product development company with over 20 years experience developing all types of products around the world, from jewelry to hard goods to apparel. If there is anything you would like designed for you, please call our Toll Free line 888 817-8100 and we will have a design representative help you.
1) ARTWORK - First we need artwork in .ai, .pdf or .jpg formats. If you do not have that, we can create it for $80/hour with our graphic artist. We would need:
- Your Idea with any reference or photo
- Pantone Colors
- Size and Style requests (example Lapel Pin, 1" x 1 ½")
2) LIVE SAMPLE - When the artwork is approved in writing (email or fax is sufficient) then we send to the factory for live sample - this usually takes 2 weeks.
3) PRODUCTION - When the live sample is approved in writing (email or fax is sufficient) then we send to the factory for full production. This usually takes 60 days for first order, 45 for re-order.
4) SHIPPING - When order is received, we ship out to you by USPS to arrive in 5 days or less.
COSTS AND PAYMENT
1) ARTWORK - Costs are determined before or just after receiving artwork to determine fluctuating factors, such as size or number of colors.
2) LIVE SAMPLE - Each custom product usually has a one-time set-up fee. This needs to be paid before we go to live sample - see above. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
3) PRODUCTION - 30% of product costs needs to be paid with non-cancellable purchase order before we go to production.
4) SHIPMENT - 30% of product costs needs to be paid before shipping goods to you.
5) BALANCE - Balance of 40% of product costs plus shipping costs due in 30 days from shipping date
6) APPROVED CREDIT - If your credit has been approved and you have an approved purchase order, we can accept 50% before production and 50% after 30 days from ship date.
7) DISCOUNT - There is a 5% discount if total amount including estimated shipping is paid in advance and received before we go into production.
SALES AND MARKETING BENEFITS
1) LITERATURE - Yancy Baker International, Inc. wants you to be successful in your campaign to sell products and raise money for your organization. We will be happy to email you copies of our literature and send you a CD of photos of products that we have so that you can design your own, if you prefer.
2) DISTRIBUTION - Once you have signed up to our fundraising program and are at the 100% profit level (ordering only 100 items), your customers may get directly on our website and order directly from us.
3) OUR WEBSITE - When your customers order directly from us and put in your organization's name when they sign-up, you will earn the same percentage on goods as if you were selling directly - excluding shipping.
4) CUSTOMER SERVICE - We are always here to help you and your customers, no matter what the question may be.
